This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the Sobbe Consulting (SOBBE TRADE CONSULTING LTD) website. It reflects the actual state of the site on the date shown on this page.
02What our website uses
Our website always uses necessary technologies, and uses analytics technologies only if you allow them. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies.
Necessary: sobbe.consent (local storage)
- Provider: Sobbe (first party); kept only in your browser
- Purpose: To remember your analytics choice (allow or reject) so the preferences panel is not shown on every page
- Content: The preference version, your choice and the date of the choice. It contains no identifier, email, phone number or IP address
- Duration: 12 months, after which you are asked again. You can also delete it by clearing site data
- Is it sent to us? No
Necessary: sobbe.lead-draft.v1 (session storage)
- Provider: Sobbe (first party); kept only in your browser
- Purpose: To keep your answers in the multi-step form on the Get Started (/en/get-started) page between steps and when you reload the page
- Content: The answers you select and type in the form (service, stage, markets, setup answers, request type and, if entered, your contact details)
- Duration: Deleted when the browser tab or session is closed, when you use “Start over” in the form, or when your request has been sent successfully
- Is it sent to us? The storage entry itself is not. Your answers are sent to us only when you submit the form with “Send request”
Analytics (only with your permission): Google Analytics 4 cookies
- Provider: Google (Google Analytics 4); the cookies are set on our website's domain
- Cookies: _ga and _ga_C6HQM4DM2T
- Purpose: To measure statistically how the site is used by distinguishing visits and sessions
- Duration: 13 months
- When? Only after you choose “Allow analytics”. If you do not, the Google Analytics code is not loaded. When you withdraw your permission, Google Analytics is stopped and these cookies are deleted
- Advertising: Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off; no advertising cookies are used
03What we do not use
- No marketing or advertising cookies or pixels (such as Meta, LinkedIn or Google Ads)
- No Google Tag Manager container; Google Analytics is loaded directly with Google's gtag.js library, and only with your permission
- No embedded maps, videos (such as YouTube) or social media content
- Fonts are served from our own website; no requests are made to third-party font servers during your visit
04Third-party sites and links
Our website contains ordinary links to WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. These links do not load those platforms' code or cookies on our site. When you click one, you go to that platform's website or app, and any cookies used there are governed by that platform's own policies.
05Sobbe Assistant
The Sobbe Assistant uses no cookies or browser storage; the conversation is kept only in the browser tab's memory and is deleted when you reload or close the page. Your assistant messages are not sent to Google Analytics; if you allow analytics, only categorical usage events such as opening the assistant are measured. How your messages are processed to generate replies is explained in the Privacy Policy.
06How to manage your preferences
You can change your analytics choice at any time: in the “Cookie Preferences” panel shown on your first visit and later with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. Rejecting analytics does not limit any feature of the site.
When you withdraw your permission, Google Analytics is stopped and the Google Analytics cookies on our domain are deleted.
You can also view, block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. You can remove the session storage entry with “Start over” in the form, by clearing site data or by closing the browser tab.
07Changes
The technologies used on our website may change over time. If we add a new technology such as analytics, marketing or third-party content, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before using it.
