Shopify A-to-Z Product Launch

We turn your brand into a commerce setup ready to sell on Shopify.

From company and payment infrastructure to store architecture, product content and launch preparation, we coordinate every required step under one plan. We don't just install a theme — we build an independent sales channel your brand owns.

The right channel

When is Shopify the right channel for you?

Shopify is a strong option for businesses that want to put their brand at the centre and shape the buying experience themselves. It is rarely an alternative to marketplaces — more often a complement.

  • 01

Putting your brand at the centre

You want product storytelling, visual language and store presentation built around your brand identity.

  • 02

    Shaping the customer experience

You want to decide the experience yourself — from store layout to product pages and the path to purchase.

  • 03

    Building an independent sales channel

Alongside Amazon and other marketplaces, you want a direct-to-consumer channel that can grow with your brand.

Behind the store

A Shopify store is more than its design.

A working store relies on business infrastructure, a domain, store architecture, payments, product presentation, operational integrations and launch testing all working together. If one piece is missing, the store may be online but it isn't ready to sell.

Our role is to plan these pieces and coordinate them within a single launch structure.

The launch system

We build your Shopify launch in seven stages, across three phases.

First we lay the foundation, then we prepare the store and product presentation, and finally we complete operations and go-live. Scope depends on what you already have.

Phase 1

Foundation

The commercial and technical ground the store is built on.

  1. 01

    Strategy & requirements

We review your product, brand and sales model to define the infrastructure you need and the project scope.

    Scope

    • Product and brand review
    • Target market
    • Sales model
    • Required infrastructure
    • Project scope
  2. 02

    Company & payment infrastructure

Depending on your needs, we prepare the company structure, bank account and payment provider requirements.

Approval decisions are made by the payment providers themselves; approval cannot be guaranteed.

    Scope

    • Company structure (where needed)
    • Bank account support
    • Payment provider requirements
    • Payment setup preparation
  3. 03

    Domain & Shopify setup

We open the store account, connect your domain and configure the core settings.

    Scope

    • Shopify account and store setup
    • Domain connection
    • Core technical configuration
    • Store settings
    • Markets and currency settings (where relevant)

Phase 2

Store & content

The layer customers see and where they decide to buy.

  1. 04

    Store architecture & design

We plan navigation, collections and page structure, and configure the theme to fit your brand.

Design is configured on Shopify's theme framework; custom software development is not part of the standard scope.

    Scope

    • Navigation
    • Collections
    • Information architecture
    • Theme configuration
    • Brand-consistent design
    • Mobile experience
    • Core UX structure
  2. 05

    Product pages & content

We prepare product presentation that explains your product accurately, highlights its benefits and makes buying easy.

    Scope

    • Product images
    • Product descriptions
    • Benefit-led presentation
    • Product page structure
    • Variants (where applicable)
    • Supporting visual content

Phase 3

Operations & go-live

The settings and final checks that let orders be taken and fulfilled.

  1. 06

    Operations & essential integrations

Depending on the scope, we configure shipping, email and essential store integrations.

Scope is limited to the essential integrations agreed for the project; not every third-party app or advanced automation is included.

    Scope

    • Shipping settings
    • Email and core notification settings
    • Essential store integrations
    • Operational settings
    • Policy pages (where appropriate)
  2. 07

    Testing & launch

We check the store end to end before going live and prepare it for launch.

    Scope

    • Checkout testing
    • Mobile review
    • Links and navigation review
    • Product page review
    • Payment configuration review
    • Launch checklist
    • Go-live preparation

Built around your needs

We start where you actually need support.

Some brands arrive with a company, bank account, domain, Shopify account, brand identity or product images already in place; some already have a live store.

We review your existing setup and scope only the missing modules. We don't expect you to pay for infrastructure you already have.

The same launch structure — only the modules you need.

Two channels, one structure

Amazon and Shopify don't have to be alternatives.

Depending on your brand strategy, Amazon can provide your marketplace presence while Shopify provides an independent storefront your brand owns.

We can evaluate both channels together, as parts of one international e-commerce structure.

  • Marketplace presence

    Amazon

Selling on a marketplace with existing customer traffic, using Amazon's rules and tools.

  • Independent brand store

    Shopify

The channel where you manage the store experience, product storytelling and brand presentation.

Shared foundation: company, brand, product content and compliance infrastructure.

Realistic expectations

We build the infrastructure. We don't guarantee the outcome.

Payment provider approvals are decided by the providers themselves. Shopify is a sales infrastructure; it doesn't bring customers on its own. Traffic and sales depend on marketing, product-market fit, pricing, competition and other market factors. Our role is to prepare and coordinate your store's commercial and technical launch infrastructure within the agreed scope.

Frequently Asked Questions

About the Shopify launch

See all questions
Can you build my Shopify store from scratch?

Yes. From company and payments to domain, store design, product pages and essential integrations, we get your store ready to launch. If you already have a store, we can work from there.

Can I set up a Shopify store without a company?

Building the store and being ready to take payments are different matters: payment providers and banks usually require business and identity verification. We assess whether you need a company for your target market and sales model and, where needed, make formation the first step of the plan.

Do you set up payments?

We support the setup and configuration of suitable payment providers for your store. Provider eligibility can vary by your company's country and business model.

Can I use Shopify Payments?

Shopify Payments is offered only in certain countries and for certain business set-ups; eligibility and approval depend on the conditions of Shopify and its payment partners. Based on your company's country and business model, we review the suitable options together — Shopify Payments or third-party payment providers.

Is domain setup included?

When it's part of the scope, we support choosing a domain and connecting your new or existing domain to your Shopify store. Registration and fees are handled through the domain provider you choose.

Do you prepare product images and product pages?

Yes. Depending on the scope, we support the preparation of product images, product descriptions and product page structure. If you already have images and content, we can work with them.

Amazon or Shopify?

They are different models: Amazon offers an established marketplace and customer traffic, while Shopify gives you your own brand store and customer relationship. Many brands use both. We help you decide the right starting point for your product and goals.

Do you provide support after the store goes live?

Post-launch support depends on a separately agreed scope. If needed, you can continue with development and operational support under Shopify Consulting.
